I want to emphasise the essence and complexity of synaesthesia – its beauty, its detail and its potential as an individual but valuable language

There are many interesting aspects of exploring one's own synaesthesia. I am most passionate about the multi-layered experience of music as well as observing emotional and cognitive processes. It becomes most fulfilling when I can combine both and relate sounds, feelings, ideas and spatiality to each other.

I try to explore what I sense in detail, to reproduce impressions or to experiment with the visual elements of my perception. Through intensive engagement, new insights and connections become clear. The intentional modification of forms and spatiality can trigger new feelings and ideas.
